摘要
采用单辊快淬法制备Fe_(82)Zr_(7)B_(10)Cu_(1)和Fe_(81)Zr_(7)Mo_(2)B_(10)非晶合金薄带,在不同温度下对其进行热处理。通过STA、XRD、TEM和VSM等测试手段,表征合金的热稳定性、微观结构及磁性能。结果表明:Fe_(82)Zr_(7)B_(10)Cu_(1)和Fe_(81)Zr_(7)Mo_(2)B_(10)两种合金晶化过程存在差异。添加Cu元素使非晶合金晶化初期仅析出α-Fe相,而添加Mo元素使非晶合金晶化初期析出α-Fe相的同时还有α-Mn型亚稳相。Fe_(81)Zr_(7)Mo_(2)B_(10)合金在快淬态及低温热处理的矫顽力(H_(c))高于Fe_(82)Zr_(7)B_(10)Cu_(1)合金,而高温热处理后该合金的H_(c)低于Fe_(82)Zr_(7)B_(10)Cu_(1)合金。
Fe_(82)Zr_(7)B_(10)Cu_(1)and Fe_(81)Zr_(7)Mo_(2)B_(10)amorphous ribbons were prepared by the single by single roll rapid quenching method and isothermally annealed at different temperatures.The thermal behavior,microstructure and magnetic property were investigated by STA,XRD,TEM and VSM.Two kinds of amorphous alloys exhibited different crystallization processes.The precipitated phase was onlyα-Fe phase in the initial crystallization stage of Fe_(82)Zr_(7)B_(10)Cu_(1)alloy.Bothα-Mn type andα-Fe phases were observed in the initial crystallization stage of Fe_(81)Zr_(7)Mo_(2)B_(10)alloy.H_(c)of Fe_(81)Zr_(7)Mo_(2)B_(10)alloy as-quenched and annealed at low temperature is higher than Fe_(82)Zr_(7)B_(10)Cu_(1)alloy.However,H_(c) of Fe_(81)Zr_(7)Mo_(2)B_(10)alloy annealed at high temperature is lower than the Fe_(82)Zr_(7)B_(10)Cu_(1)alloy.
