摘要
"科技自立自强"在党和国家的重要文件中是一个新提法,具有丰富内涵和深厚的理论意蕴。科技自立自强是对我国科技工作经验教训的深刻总结,是推动我国经济高质量发展、不断满足人民日益增长的美好生活向往的客观需要,是我国抓住和利用新科技革命和产业变革的宝贵机遇、成功应对前进道路上各种风险与挑战的必然选择。我国实现科技自立自强的基本路径是:强化国家战略科技力量,发挥社会主义举国体制优势,聚焦关键核心技术攻关;强化企业在技术创新中的主体地位,有效推进产学研深度融合;实施人才强国战略,进一步优化"科教兴国""科技报国"的舆论氛围与社会环境;不断深化国际科技交流合作,充分利用全球科技创新资源。
"Self-reliance in science and technology"is a new formulation in important documents of the Party and the country,with rich connotations and profound theoretical implications.Self-reliance in science and technology is a profound summary of the experience and lessons of China’s scientific and technological work,and it is the objective need to promote the high-quality development of China’s economy and to continuously meet the people’s growing yearning for a better life.At the same time,it is also the inevitable choice for China to seize and take advantage of the precious opportunities of the new technological revolution and industrial transformation,and successfully cope with the various risks and challenges on the road ahead.The basic path for China to achieve self-reliance in science and technology includes:strengthening the national strategic scientific and technological strength,giving play to the advantages of the socialist nationwide system,and focusing on key core technologies.At the same time,it is necessary to strengthen the dominant position of enterprises in technological innovation,effectively promote the in-depth integration of production,education and research;implement the strategy of strengthening the country with talents,and further optimize the public opinion atmosphere and social environment of"rejuvenating the country through science and education"and"serving the country through science and technology".And continue to deepen international scientific and technological exchanges and cooperation,and make full use of global scientific and technological innovation resources.
