摘要
全国抗战爆发前后,数批美国观察家进入中共抗日根据地展开军事考察。一是考察了中共在根据地的军事建设,包括军事教育与训练、军工生产和民兵建设情况,在此基础上认可了中共抗战。二是考察了根据地灵活多样的游击战,包括山地游击战、地雷战、地道战等,这一考察促使他们设想借助中共力量,对日军华北交通线等目标实施大规模爆破。三是考察了根据地的情报工作,在发现中共情报工作非常高效,且具有开展情报战的绝佳优势后,开始设想联合中共开展对日情报战。观察家的军事考察有力推动了战时中共与美国的合作,加快了世界反法西斯战争进程,也扩大与改善了中共的国际影响与外交处境。
During the War of Resistance against Japanese Aggression,several groups of American observers entered the CPC resistance bases to have inspection on military activities.First,they investigated CPC military construction in the base areas,including military education,military training and military production,as well as militia mobilization.The resistance work of the CPC was recognized on this basis.Second,they inspected the flexible and diverse guerrilla warfare in the bases and were impressed by the effectiveness of the resistance,which prompted them to consider enlisting the strength of the CPC resistance bases in their operational assumptions against Japan and carrying out large-scale blasting against Japanese targets like traffic lines for Japanese forces in North China.Third,in inspecting CPC intelligence service in the base areas,they found that the work was very efficient with excellent advantages,and they began to consider joining hands with the CPC in intelligence warfare against Japan.The observers'military inspection helped enhance the CPC-US cooperation during the war and promoted the process of the global anti-fascist war.Meanwhile it expanded and improved the international influence and diplomatic situation of the Communist Party of China.
