摘要
新时期背景下,为了深入贯彻落实党的十九大精神,加快高等教育高质量发展,就应该拥有一个明确的目标定位,优先发展教育事业,始终秉承着"立德树人"的理念,在服务需求下,促进教育事业的全面发展。基于此,本文首先从宏观、微观两个层面探讨了高等教育高质量发展的理论依据,接着重点提出了一些具体的实施途径,以期为教育工作者提供一定的参考。
In the new era,in order to carry out the spirit of the 19 th National Congress of the party and accelerate the development of higher education with high quality,we should have a clear goal,give priority to the development of education,and always adhere to the concept of"Li de Shu Ren".Promote the all-round development of education under the demand for services.Based on this,this paper first discusses the theoretical basis of the high quality development of higher education from the macro and micro levels,and then puts forward some concrete implementation ways in order to provide some reference for educators.
