摘要
对于翻译工作来说,最大的困难往往不在于语言语法方面,对于异质文化的陌生才是一个英语翻译者所遭遇的最大的障碍。要想做到翻译的精准和到位,对于西方文化的了解是一个翻译者所要做到的基本功,在翻译的过程中尤其要注意到英汉语境下的宗教、地理历史和词汇的惯用用法等等方面,作为一个优秀的翻译者,仅仅掌握语言技能是远远不够的,必须要全方位的了解该语言所处的文化结构,这样才能原汁原味地用汉语将原文的意思表达清楚。
