摘要
"一带一路"是现当代中国对外贸易合作的重要倡议,不仅是我国的现代化农业发展的新机遇,也是促进我国新型职业农民培育的新契机。传统农民向新型职业农民的转型培育是我国发展现代农业的根本途径,加快加强新型职业农民的培育工作才能跟上"一带一路"倡议中农业发展的时代步伐。本文分析了"一带一路"倡议背景下新型职业农民培育所面临的问题主要有培育的规范性不足、精准度不高、缺乏高水平师资和现代化信息技术手段薄弱,并提出了相关问题的解决方案和措施,期望能在"一带一路"倡议背景下新型职业农民的培育带来一些理论依据和方法。
The"One Belt and One Road"initiative is an important initiative for China’s foreign trade cooperation.It is not only a new opportunity for China’s modern agriculture development,but also a new opportunity to promote the cultivation of new professional farmers in China.The transformation and cultivation of traditional farmers to new professional farmers is the fundamental way to develop modern agriculture in our country.Only by speeding up the cultivation of new professional farmers can we keep up with the pace of agricultural development in the"One Belt and One Road"initiative,.Under the background of the"One Belt and One Road"initiative,the main problems of cultivating new professional farmers are the lack of standardization,accuracy,high-level teachers and modern information technology means.And put forward the solutions to the relevant problems and measures,hoping to bring some theoretical basis and methods in the"One Belt and One Road"initiative background of the cultivation of new professional farmers.
