内质网应激在子宫内膜蜕膜化过程中的作用研究进展

摘要 子宫内膜的蜕膜化是成功妊娠的关键,涉及到子宫内膜间质细胞的分泌能力、免疫细胞的选择性募集、多种免疫因子调节等。蜕膜化以间质细胞的内质网扩张、蛋白合成增加为主要特征,表现细胞生理性的内质网应激(ERS)、未折叠蛋白反应(UPR)。ERS和UPR相关信号分子可诱导激酶或核糖核酸酶表达,激活无菌性炎症反应、血管生成等生物学过程,有助于子宫内膜容受性的建立和维持。相反,ERS和UPR异常可能导致反复胚胎种植失败、反复流产、胎儿生长受限、子痫前期等问题。 Decidualization of endometrium involving secretion of endometrial stromal cells,selective recruitment of immune cells,and regulation of various immune factors,is the key to successful pregnancy.Decidualization is characterized by the expansion of endoplasmic reticulum and the increase of protein synthesis in stromal cells.It is characterized by physiological endoplasmic reticulum stress(ERS)and unfolded protein response(UPR).ERS and UPR related signaling molecules can induce the expression of kinase or ribonuclease,activate aseptic inflammatory response,angiogenesis and other biological processes,and contribute to the establishment and maintenance of endometrial receptivity.On the contrary,ERS and UPR abnormalities may lead to repeated embryo implantation failure,repeated abortion,fetal growth restriction,preeclampsia and other problems.
