摘要
目的:分析中药治疗子宫内膜异位症合并不孕的术后用药规律。方法:检索中国知网数据库、万方文献数据库和维普文献数据库,对近10年的关于中医药治疗子宫内膜异位症合并不孕的术后方面的所有文献进行查找,筛选出中药内服组方。利用Excel 2016建立数据库和规范数据,对中药组方进行频数分析,利用SPSS 25.0、SPSS Clementine 18.0等统计软件对高频药物进行聚类分析及关联规则分析。结果:(1)最终符合要求的文献99篇,方剂147首,共使用单味中药184味,累及频数1694次。(2)对47味高频中药(频次≥10)进行频数分析,47味中药累计频数为1318次。占总药物频数的77.8%,其中出现频次最高的5味药分别是丹参、当归、菟丝子、香附、甘草;(3)对药物频次≥20的28味中药进行聚类分析及关联分析,聚类分析可分为6个聚类方,关联规则分析得到31组药物组合。结论:中医药内服治疗子宫内膜异位症合并不孕的术后用药规律以补益药及活血化瘀药为主,兼以调经、理气药。
Objective:To analyze the medication rule of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of endometriosis complicated with infertility.Methods:We searched CNKI database,Wanfang literature database and VIP literature database to search all the literatures about TCM treatment of endometriosis complicated with infertility in the past ten years from January 2010 to June 2020,and screened out the oral prescriptions of traditional Chinese medicine.Excel 2016 was used to establish the database and standard data to analyze the frequency of TCM prescriptions.SPSS 25.0,SPSS Clementine 18.0 and other statistical software were used for cluster analysis and association rule analysis of high-frequency drugs.Results:(1)There were 99 literatures and 147 prescriptions,184 single herbs were used,involving 1694 times.(2)The frequency analysis of 47 high-frequency Chinese medicines(frequency≥10)showed that the cumulative frequency of 47 herbs was 1318.77.8%of the total drug frequency,in which the highest frequency of five drugs are Salvia miltiorrhiza,Angelica sinensis,Cuscuta seed,Cyperus,licorice;(3)Cluster analysis and association analysis of 28 herbs with drug frequency≥20,the cluster analysis can be divided into 6 clustering formulas,and 31 drug groups can be obtained by association rule analysis.Conclusion:Chinese medicine for the treatment of endometriosis combined with infertility is mainly composed of tonic medicine,promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis,and regulating menstruation and regulating qi.
