摘要
本文观察了101例(成人62,儿童39)脊髓外部的动脉。按各动脉在脊髓前面的配布形式,分为三个供血区:1.颈髓上端3~4节为颈上区,主要由脊髓前动脉供血;2.C_(4)或C_(5)至T_(5)或T_(6)节为颈膨大区,主要由颈膨大动脉供血;3.T_(6)或T_(7)节以下为腰膨大区,主要由腰膨大动脉供血。各区交界处(即C_(3~4)和T_(5~6)节)的前正中动脉,常见狭窄或中断,为供血区分界部位。本文对认为T_(4)和L_(1)节供血薄弱,提出不同看法。脊髓前动脉以双支结合型者多见(46.53%)。前根动脉每例5.2(2~10)支。颈膨大动脉多见于C_(7,8)(C_(5)~T_(3))节,左侧者占55.45%。腰膨大动脉多见于T_(9)(T_(6)~L_(2))节,左侧者占72.28%。各动脉在脊髓后面的配布形式,以颈、腰膨大处较发达。脊髓后动脉起于椎动脉者占76.41%。后根动脉每例9.3(5~21)支。
The arteries of the spinal cord on surface have been observed in 62 Chinese adults and 39 children.Anteriorly,the spinal cord was divided into 3 areas,according to the arterial supply.The superior cervical area(segments of C_(1~3)or C_(1~4))was mainly supplied by the anterior spinal arteries;the cervical enlargement area(segments of C_(4)or C_(5)to T_(5)or T_(6))was mainly supplied by the arteria intumescentia cervicalis and the lumbar enlargement area(below the segments of T_(6)or T_(7))was mainly supplied by the arteria intumescentia lumbalis.In the intermediate places between these areas(segments of C_(3~4)and T_(5~6)),the anterior median artery was often narrow or interrupted.Usually the anterior spinal artery united with its fellow of the opposite side to form a single trunk(46.53%).The anterior radicular arteries averaged 5.2(2~10)in number.The arteria intumescentia cervicalis frequently existed at C7 and C8(C_(5)~T_(3)).The arteria intumescentia lumbalis mostly located at T9(T_(6)~L_(2)),and 72.28%of them being on the left side.Posteriorly,the arteries developed well on the two enlargements.The posterior spinal arteries arised frequently from the vertebral artery(76.41%).The posterior radicular arteries averaged 9.3(5~21)in number.The authors have raised an objection to the view that the segments of T_(4)and L_(1)of spinal cord are poor supplied with blood.
