摘要
采用动一静脉连续灌注和厚切片透明法,在SXP-1手术显微镜下详细观察了27个成人延髓浅层的延髓前正中、前外侧、外侧、后正中、中、下横静脉、橄榄后静脉、桥延沟静脉和第四脑室带静脉等的形态、类型及汇流情况和10个延髓内部静脉的行程、位置及穿出点,并结合静脉进行了讨论。
The method of continuous arterio-venous perfusion followed by clearing of thick sections was applied.Under SXP-l stereomicroscope,the morphology,type,drainage of the anteromedian,anterolateral,lateral,posterior median,middle and inferior transverse medullary veins,retro-olivary veins,veins of the pontomedullary sulcus and the veins lining the 4 th ventricle of 27 adult medulla oblongata and the coures,location and the outlet of the internal veins of 10 adult medulla oblongata were observed in detail.
