摘要
本文立足湖南省郴州市农业绿色发展与金融支持现状,运用熵权法与耦合协调度模型,研究分析了2015-2021年郴州市农业绿色发展与金融支持的综合水平以及两者之间的耦合协调关系,结果表明:郴州市农业绿色发展与金融支持的综合水平稳步提升,二者之间保持着高度耦合与协调发展的良性互动状态,但仍存在一些不利因素,制约了农业绿色发展与金融支持之间整体协调效能的发挥。为此,本文从完善农业绿色发展保障、强化农业绿色发展基础、加大农业绿色发展金融支持等方面提出了相关政策建议。
Based on the current situation of agricultural green development and financial support in Chenzhou City,Hunan Province,this study uses the entropy power method and the coupling coordination degree model,analyzing the comprehensive level of agricultural green development and financial support,and their coupling coordination relationship,in Chenzhou City from 2015 to 2021.The results show that:the comprehensive level of agricultural green development and financial support in Chenzhou City has been steadily improving,and the benign interaction between the two has maintained a high degree of coupling and coordinated development,but there are sitll some unfavorable factors that limit the overall coordinated effectiveness betwween agricultural green development and financial support.To this end,this paper puts forward relevant policy recommendations from the aspects of improving the guarantee of agricultural green development,strengthening the foundation of agricultural green development,and increasing the financial support for agricultural green development.
