摘要
测绘数据质量一直是GIS的研究热点,作为数字化产品的重要组成部分,DLG(数字线划图)的质量问题尤其受人们的关注。传统的DLG质量检查方法主要是手工检查,该方法在检查方式、检查内容、检查成本、检查效率等方面都存在诸多弊端,如不能规范统一的检查规则,没有建立统一的检查流程等。本研究针对多尺度的DLG数据检查要求,从空间、属性、拓扑、评价等方面详细描述了DLG数据质检软件的设计内容,围绕规则集的内容组织、结构设计、逻辑关系等方面阐述了质量检查软件的总体设计思想,在相关的关键技术和主要功能等方面提出技术思路和研究方法,为测绘部门开展DLG数据质量检查工作提供工作借鉴和工作思路。
The quality of surveying and mapping data has always been a research hotspot of GIS.As an important part of digital products,the quality of DLG(Digital Line Graphic)is particularly concerned by people.Mnual inspection is the most important traditional DLG quality inspection methods in the inspection mode,inspection content,inspection cost and inspection efficiency.There are many drawbacks,such as the failure to unify standard inspection rules and establish a standard inspection process.Acorrding to multi-scale DLG data quality inspection demand.This article describes the design contents of DLG data quality inspection software in terms of data’s geographical geometries,geographical attributes,geographical topologies,quality evaluation.it describes the total design idea of DLG data quality inspection software about the content,design and logical relationship of rule sets.It can provide some references and ways for the surveying and mapping departments,help them carry out DLG data quality inspection work.
