利用背包式激光点云数据的建筑物BIM室内漫游设计

摘要 针对传统三维激光扫描技术无法高效进行建筑物室内建模的问题,选择苏州工业园区测绘地理信息大楼为试验对象,利用徕卡Pegasus Backpack获取点云数据,运用Revit快速创建大楼BIM,并运用3DMax和Photoshop为模型赋予纹理,最后通过Unity3D实现大楼室内场景的漫游设计。结果表明,背包式激光扫描技术能够很好地构造建筑物室内三维模型,同时以此精细化模型制作的室内场景漫游可以更加真实的表现现实世界,该技术方法是可行的,且对大型建筑室内展示、应急救灾、环境监测等领域起着重要的作用。 Aiming at the problem that traditional 3 D laser scanning technology cannot efficiently perform indoor modeling of buildings, the Suzhou Industrial Park Surveying and Mapping Geographic Information Building was selected as the test object. Leica Pegasus Backpack was used to obtain point cloud data, Revit was used to quickly create a BIM of the building, 3 DMax and Photoshop were used to give texture to the model. Finally, the roaming design of the indoor scene of the building was realized through Unity3 D. The results show that the backpack-type laser scanning technology can construct the indoor 3 D model of the building well. At the same time, indoor scene roaming based on this refined model can more realistically represent the real world. The technical method is feasible. It also plays an important role in indoor exhibition of large buildings, emergency relief and environmental monitoring.
