摘要
为适应军队采购信用管理需要,构建完善军队采购供应商信用修复制度,提出军队采购供应商信用修复的4种方式,并将信用修复条件划分为失信主体条件、客体范围条件、时间期限条件和数量频次条件。设计信用修复流程,从完善政策法规、建立信用服务机构、加强信息化建设和加强军地信用协同等方面,提出健全信用修复制度的对策。
In order to meet the needs of military procurement credit management,this paper firstly builds the credit repair system of military procurement suppliers.Then,it proposes four ways of credit repair for military procurement suppliers,and divides the credit repair conditions into dishonest subject conditions,object scope conditions,time limit conditions,and quantity frequency conditions.Finally,it designs the credit repair process,and puts forward the countermeasures to improve the credit repair system from the aspects of improving policies and regulations,establishing credit service institutions,strengthening information construction,and strengthening information construction and strengthening civil-military integration.
