摘要
目的了解扬州市新报告的艾滋病病毒感染者/艾滋病病例(简称HIV/AIDS病例)的感染途径、来源及二代传播情况,探讨性伴追踪作为新的艾滋病防控措施的可行性。方法对2018年新报告的HIV/AIDS病例及其性伴进行追踪调查,采用SPSS 19.0对调查结果进行分析。结果扬州市2018年新报告HIV/AIDS病例256例,其中通过性伴追踪发现高危行为接触者185人,确证阳性46例(固定异性性伴侣21例、其他类型性伴25例),占新报告病例的17.97%。性伴追踪确证阳性的46例中,54.35%(25例)从未使用避孕套,无一直使用避孕套者;50.00%(23例)为多性伴;78.26%(36例)既往无HIV检测史。通过性伴追踪与其他方式发现的HIV/AIDS病例的比较,在性别、婚姻、职业、教育程度、感染途径方面差异均有统计学意义(P值均<0.05)。结论在艾滋病低度流行地区,性伴追踪是有效发现病例的方法,是对常规艾滋病防治工作的重要补充。
Objective To learn the route,source and second generation transmission of newly reported HIV/AIDS patients in Yangzhou;to explore the feasibility of partner tracking as a new supplemental HIV control and prevention strategy.Methods The investigation on tracing newly reported HIV/AIDS patients and their sexual partners were conducted in 2018 in Yangzhou.The results were subjected to statistical analysis by SPSS 19.0.Results In 2018,a total of 256 cases of HIV/AIDS patients were newly reported in Yangzhou,among whom 185 high-risk behavioral contacts were identified,including 46 cases confirmed to be HIV-antibody positive patients(21 cases as routine heterosexual partners and 25 cases as other types of sexual partners),accounting for 17.96%of the total newly reported cases in the year.Among the 46 positive cases,54.35%(25 cases)never used condom and no one used condoms constantly;50.00%(23 cases)had multiple sexual partners;78.26%(36 cases)had no HIV testing history.There were significant differences for composition among different genders,marriage status,occupations,education levels and transmission routes for 46 HIV/AIDS cases identified by partner tracking and other methods(all P<0.05).Conclusion In low HIV/AIDS prevalence areas,partner tracking method is an effective way to identify cases and can provide important supplement to routine AIDS prevention and control work.
