摘要
目的了解江苏省渔民艾滋病防治知识、危险性行为及艾滋病病毒(HIV)感染状况,为渔民的艾滋病综合防治提供科学依据。方法采用连续抽样方法对目标人群进行现况调查,通过一对一问卷调查收集行为学信息,采用SPSS 22.0软件进行统计学分析。结果共调查1 514人,平均年龄(49.10±9.54)岁,年龄中位数50岁(19~65岁);已婚者占95.18%,从事渔业年限≥25年占53.70%,初中及以下文化程度占88.64%,本地渔民占93.26%。艾滋病防治知识知晓率为41.22%。最近1年与异性不安全临时性行为发生率为74.06%,寻找异性临时性伴的主要场所为娱乐场所占36.25%,最近1年多性伴异性性行为发生率为17.44%,最近1年同性性行为发生率为2.31%。HIV既往检测率为4.10%,HIV感染率为0.07%,梅毒酶联免疫吸附试验抗体阳性率为2.91%,现症梅毒感染率为0.46%。结论江苏省渔民艾滋病防治知识知晓率低,既往HIV检测率低,危险性行为发生率高。应着重提高渔民的艾滋病防治知识水平,推广安全套使用,加大HIV筛查力度,防止HIV在该人群的传播蔓延。
Objective To know the awareness of AIDS-related knowledge, high-risk behaviors and prevalence among fishermen in Jiangsu, and provide the evidence for AIDS control. Methods A cross-sectional study was designed to investigate the fishermen’s demographic characteristics, high risk behaviors related to AIDS, and prevalence of HIV and syphilis. Results 1 514 fishermen were enrolled, with the age ranged between 19-65 years old. 95.18% were married. 53.70% worked as fishermen for more than 25 years. 88.64% finished the primary education. 93.62% were local residents. The awareness rate about AIDS knowledge was 41.22%. The prevalence of high risk sexual behavior was 74.06% in the last year, and entertainment venues accounted for 36.25% of the major venues for their casual sexual partners. 17.44% had more than one sex partner in the last year. The prevalence of homosexual behavior was 2.31% in the last year. 4.10% had ever got the HIV testing. HIV prevalence was 0.07%. Syphilis prevalence was 2.91%. Conclusion The fishermen have low awareness rate of the AIDS-related knowledge, low rate of HIV testing, and high incidence of high risk sexual behaviors in Jiangsu. Efforts should be made to improve fishermen’s knowledge of AIDS-related knowledge, to promote condom use and intensify HIV testing in order to prevent HIV spreading in the group of fishermen.
