摘要
伤病员后送协调单元(PECC)是一种单独组建的小型卫勤指挥模块,目前被越来越多地应用于战场医疗后送的组织指挥工作中。中部战区总医院在"联合救援2019"中德卫勤实兵演习与第7届世界军人运动会的卫勤保障实践中,对PECC的应用进行了探索。该文在分析外军与我军对PECC的应用经验基础上,总结归纳了PECC的主要优势,并从勤务定位、构成主体与困难挑战三方面,对PECC在未来作战卫勤保障中的应用进行了分析。
The patient evacuation coordination cell(PECC)is a small medical service command module,which has been increasingly applied to the organization and command of battlefield medical evacuation.During the“Joint Rescue 2019”China⁃Germany Medical Exercise and the medical service support for the 7th Military World Games,our hospital explored the application of the PECC.Based on the analysis of foreign and Chinese military experience in the application of PECC,this paper summarizes the main advantages of the PECC,and analyzes the applications of the PECC in the future combat medical support in terms of service orientation,composition and difficulties and challenges.
