摘要
锚杆完整性应力反射波法无损检测基于一维应力波理论展开,该理论主要围绕应力波在介质中速度变化展开分析。迄今为止,行业普遍采用加速度曲线分析。文中结合具体工程案例和标准锚杆模型比对加速度曲线与速度曲线的分析结果异同,建议锚杆完整性分析应结合加速度曲线、速度曲线和对应的频域曲线比较分析得出结论。
The nondestructive testing of bolt integrity by stress reflection wave method is based on one-dimensional stress wave theory,which focuses on the analysis of stress wave velocity variation in media.So far,the acceleration curve analysis is widely used in the industry.In this paper,the author compares the analysis results of the acceleration curve and the velocity curve with the concrete engineering case and the standard bolt model,it is suggested that the analysis of bolt integrity should be combined with the comparative analysis of acceleration curve,velocity curve and corresponding frequency-domain curve.
