摘要
为研究大采高切顶卸压沿空留巷围岩结构控制问题,以霍尔辛赫3502工作面回风巷道为工程背景,通过建立切顶卸压力学模型,设计了切顶关键参数及柔模支护方案,进而开展切顶卸压沿空留巷现场试验,综合考虑工作面地质条件、支护参数、管理水平等因素,运用模糊综合评价的方法,对沿空留巷围岩的支护质量进行综合评价。结果表明,对比分析了回风巷道与运输巷锚杆的受力特征,数据显示回风巷道锚杆受力比运输巷道约小37%,采用切顶技术,有效降低了巷道顶板压力,避免了采动影响对巷道的破坏;通过对回风巷道进行切顶卸压巷旁充填,最大顶板下沉量为142 mm,帮部的变形量小于80 mm,有效控制了巷道的变形,综合评价结果表明成巷效果良好,也验证了切顶留巷参数设计的合理性;采用切顶卸压沿空留巷技术,减少了保护煤柱和巷道掘进量,取得了预期的经济效益。研究结果对类似工况下的沿空留巷设计与稳定性评价具有一定的借鉴意义。
In order to study the surrounding rock structure control problem of goaf retaining roadway with large mining height,taking Hall Shih 3502 working face return air roadway as the engineering background,the key parameters of goaf retaining roadway with top cutting and unloading pressure were designed by establishing a scientific model of top cutting and unloading pressure,and then field tests were carried out along goaf retaining roadway with top cutting and unloading pressure,comprehensively considering the geological conditions of working face,supporting parameters and management level.The method of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation is used to comprehensively evaluate the supporting quality of surrounding rock of the gob-side entry retaining.The results show that the stress characteristics of the bolt in the return air roadway and the transport roadway are compared.The data show that the stress of the bolt in the return air roadway is about 37%less than that in the transport roadway.The roof pressure of the roadway is effectively reduced by adopting the cutting technology to avoid the damage of the roadway under the influence of mining.The maximum subsidence of the roof is 142 mm,and the deformation of the side is less than 80 mm,which effectively controls the deformation of the roadway.The comprehensive evaluation results show that the roadway formation effect is good,and the rationality of the design of the parameters of the roadway retention is also verified.The technology of retaining roadway along gob by cutting the top and unloading pressure reduces the amount of coal pillar and roadway excavation,and obtains the expected economic benefits.The research results have certain reference significance for the design and stability evaluation of gob retaining lane under similar working conditions.
