基于CFD与实验协同研究的燃气热水器火排性能分析与优化 被引量:3

摘要 为提升燃气热水器的火排性能,采用数值模拟的方法对火排内部流场进行了仿真计算,并结合燃烧实验得到的燃烧状况与火焰形态,分析得出火孔出口气流速度不均、方向倾斜会导致燃烧时出现离焰及火焰倾斜不均等问题,并研究了增加整流孔板对火排流场及燃烧的影响,最终通过实验验证了增加整流孔板对优化火排性能,提升火排良好域的可行性。 Computational Fluid Dynamics(CFD)simulation and experimental study are carried out to improve the performance of the gas water heater burner.The internal flow field of the burner is simulated and compared with the experimental results.Lift-off flame as well as its inclination are observed due to the nonuniform distribution of velocity field near the outlet of the burner.A rectifying orifice plate is added inside the burner and its effects on burning are then investigated numerically and validated against the experiments.It is found that the performance of the burner is promoted with the more uniform and stable velocity field.
