摘要
反渗透膜内部的走水流道对膜表面的膜污染具有较大的影响。现对市面四款主流的反渗透膜进行拆解,分析总结了不同的反渗透膜走水方式。采用计算流体力学模拟了不同的流道,对比了进水流道对流速、传质效率、能耗等参数的影响。结果显示:减小进、出水口长度有利于提高进水流速和壁面剪切应力,降低膜污染速率。
Feed channel configuration within reverse osmosis(RO)membrane element greatly impacts the membrane fouling rate.Through analyzing four trending RO membrane,this paper summarized the membrane element with different feed channels.Computational fluid dynamics was used to simulate different flow channels,and their influences on parameters such as flow velocity,mass transfer efficiency and energy consumption were compared.The results showed that,when reducing water inlet and outlet widths,influent flow rate and wall shear stress was increased so that the membrane fouling rate was decreased.
