摘要
随着时代变迁和居住条件的提升,城市宜居程度成为城市发展的重要指标。老旧小区已经跟不上时代的脚步。它们不但影响着居民的生活,也制约城市的建设和发展,是城市宜居建设亟待解决的难点。在此背景下,抓住老旧小区改造痛点,实现全龄友好宜居社区更新改造,是确保全面建成小康社会奋斗目标如期实现、满足人民日益增长的美好生活需要的重要保证。
With the changes of times and the improvement of living conditions,the livability of a city has become an important index of urban development.The old residential areas have been unable to keep up with the needs of times,becoming a difficult issue to be solved urgently of the construction of livable cities,because they not only affect the life of residents,but also restrict the construction and development of the cities.Against this background,it is necessary to grasp the difficult points to reconstruct the old residential areas to achieve the renewal and reconstruction of full-age-friendly and livable communities,which is an important guarantee to ensu re the scheduled completion of building a moderately prosperous society in all respects and to meet the people’s growing needs for a better life.
