摘要
以促进土地市场与房地产业、社会经济的良性循环发展为目的,在当前沈阳市土地市场呈现下行趋势的背景下,通过分析土地市场发展现状、评价土地供应效率及其影响因素的方式,探寻深化沈阳市土地市场供给侧改革的举措。研究结果表明,沈阳市土地供应效率下降的原因是规模效率低下。沈阳市土地管理部门可以从优化供应规模、创新土地开发机制等方面提高土地供应潜力,进而推进土地市场供给侧改革。
To promote the virtuous circle development of the land market,real estate industry and social economy,under the background of the current downtrend of Shenyang land market,by analyzing the development status of the land market and evaluating the efficiency of land supply and its influencing factors,this paper explores the measures for deepening the supply-side reform of Shenyang land market.The results show that the reason for the decline in land supply efficiency in Shenyang is the low scale efficiency.Shenyang land market can improve the land supply potential by optimizing the supply scale and innovating the land development mechanism,thus promote the supply-side reform of the land market.
