摘要
西南地区由于山地城市较多,地形地貌复杂,坡度大,短时强降雨较多,汇水面积大等特点极易形成内涝。以云南省文山州文山市为例,通过构建"上截—中疏利用—下泄"的排水防涝系统,统筹实施"源头"到"末端"的全过程控制,以总体优化各类排水设施的能力规模及空间位置,在保证防洪安全的前提下,结合海绵城市的建设,有针对性地解决文山市山地城市的内涝问题。
Southwest China is prone to waterlogging because of its mountainous cities,complex topography,large slope,short-term strong rainfall and large catchment area.This paper takes Wenshan city,Wenshan Prefecture,Yunnan province as an example,through the construction of the drainage and waterlogging control system of"upper interception-middle dredging utilizationlower drainage",and the overall implementation of the whole process control from"source"to"end",in order to optimize the capacity scale and spatial location of various drainage facilities,and on the premise of ensuring flood control safety,combined with the construction of sponge city,to solve Wenshan city pertinently.Waterlogging in mountainous cities.
