摘要
构建了A/O-MBR耦合蠕虫床中试规模反应系统,在确定了蠕虫床于高温和低温状态下两种运行模式的基础上,研究了ORP、DO、SRT等运行参数对组合工艺处理性能的影响。在最佳参数下连续运行组合系统与未耦合蠕虫床的A/O-MBR(作为对照系统),考察了两套系统的污水处理效能,污泥减量效果,以及膜污染控制情况。实验结果表明,较对照系统,组合系统有显著的污泥减量与膜污染控制效果,对于总氮与总磷有更高的去除效率。
Under the two operating modes of high temperature and low temperature for warm reactor,a combined system of A/O-MBR and worm reactor was established in this study,the effect of ORP,DO,SRT on the combined process were studied.Under the optimal parameters,using the A/O-MBR(without worm reactor)as the control system,the sewage treatment effeciency,sludge reduction and membrane fouling control performances of the two systems were investiguted.The experimental results showed that compared with the control system,the combined system had a significant sludge reduction and membrane pollution control,and had a higher removal efficiency for total nitrogen and total phosphorus.
