摘要
华东某污水处理厂污泥处理工艺自2004年来历经多次改造。阐述了历次工艺改造的背景及技术路线,核算了历次改造中的泥料平衡,分析了历次改造中的工艺设备及构筑物配置情况,并提出了污泥处理系统最终联动调试所需的各设备及相关构筑物的操控时序。
The sludge treatment process of a municipal wastewater treatment plant in East China has been reformed many times since 2004.This paper expounds the backgrounds and technical routes of the previous sludge treatment process reconstructions,calculates the sludge balance in the previous reconstruction projects,analyzes the equipment and structures configurations in the previous reconstructions,and puts forward the operation sequence of the equipments and related structures required for the final linkage commissioning of the sludge treatment system.
