摘要
以苏州市某新建城区为例,介绍了采用PCSWMM模拟软件确定海绵城市控规指标的过程。通过PCSWMM划分规划片区的汇水区、构建排水管网,根据地块用地指标等参数确定地块及道路的LID配置比例,并进行模型反复试算,调整并优化配置比例,制定了符合该规划片区的海绵城市规划目标的控规指标。
Taking a new urban district in Suzhou as an example,the process of determining regulatory index of sponge city using PCSWMM were introduced,Based on the catchments and drainage network worked on PCSWMM,allocations of LID of planning areas and roads can be determined.These allocations will be adjusted and optimized through repeatedly trial calculations to comply with planning requirements of sponge city.
