摘要
通过理论研究深入解析城市韧性、空间环境与暴雨内涝之间的关联机理,基于暴雨-内涝的全周期发展过程,分解城市建成环境的韧性提升目标。从生态环境和空间形态两方面解读和提取能够发挥韧性提升作用的空间环境要素,总结形成应对暴雨内涝的城市建成环境韧性因子集并提出韧性理论框架。
Rainstorm-waterlogging has become the typical extreme weather event and natural disaster in the world.At present,the research on rainstorm-waterlogging is mostly limited to rainstorm itself and lack of the analysis on urban spatial planning.Urban resilience focuses on the relationship between disturbance and cities,which provides a new perspective to solve the problem of rainstorm-waterlogging.This paper analyzes the associated mechanism of urban resilience,space environment and rainstorm-waterlogging by theoretical research,as well as decomposes the resilience improvement targets of the urban built environment based on the whole cycle development process of rainstorm-waterlogging.It also analyzes and extracts spatial environmental elements which can play a role in enhancing resilience from both the aspects of ecological environment and space form,then summarizes the resilience factor set,and proposes a theoretical framework of resilience.Based on the systematic and overall research on urban rainstorm-waterlogging,it will break through the restriction of single municipal engineering system and micro-measure research,and promote the green,healthy and sustainable development of urban built environment.
