摘要
天然气作为实现“双碳”目标的重要过渡性能源,对于我国保障能源安全,顺利实现“双碳”目标意义重大。海外天然气供给安全的关键在于多元供给、渠道通畅和价格稳定。本文基于“双碳”目标约束下,综合分析预测我国未来天然气需求供给、对外依存情况,结合对全球天然气资源储备、供应能力、贸易趋势,以及全球天然气价格形成机制的分析,建议开发性金融主要从支持多元开发海外天然气权益资源、支持碳中和液化天然气贸易以及支持天然气人民币等方面服务保障我国海外天然气资源供给安全。
As an important transitional energy source to achieve the“Carbon Peaking and Carbon Neutrality Goals”,natural gas is of great significance to China’s energy security and achieve the“Carbon Peaking and Carbon Neutrality Goals”.The key to the security of overseas natural gas supply lies in diversified supply,smooth channels and price stability.Based on the constraint of the“Carbon Peaking and Carbon Neutrality Goals”target,this paper comprehensively analyzes and predicts China’s future natural gas demand supply and foreign dependence,combined with the analysis of global natural gas resources reserves,supply capacity,trade trends,and global natural gas price formation mechanisms.It is suggested that development finance mainly supports the diversified development of overseas natural gas rights and interests resources,supports carbon-neutral liquefied natural gas trade,and supports natural gas yuan to ensure the security of China’s overseas natural gas resource supply.
