基于知识图谱的中国科技政策研究计量与可视化分析

Measurement and Visualization Analysis of China’s Science and Technology Policy Research Based on Knowledge Mapping

摘要 为了系统性梳理中国科技政策研究进展与演进历程,本文以1998—2020年CNKI数据库收录的1825篇CSSCI期刊论文作为研究样本,综合利用Excel、Bicomb、CiteSpace和Ucinet等知识图谱工具,分别从时间分布、作者分布、文献共被引、突显词探测、关键词共现和多维尺度分析等多方面探究我国科技政策研究分布,并从研究演进脉络、热点内容、演进趋势等多个方面探究我国科技政策的主要概况。结果显示:我国科技政策大致可划分为夯实阶段、重塑阶段和强化阶段;我国科技创新研究总体呈现出核心作者群体力量薄弱、各界支持与合作力度亟待加强、内容选题仍待深化创新等特点。文章的最后通过对图谱的解读,反映了我国科技政策研究领域的现状和演进脉络;利用图谱的可视化,挖掘出未来科技政策研究领域动态与趋势,尝试为我国科技政策的构建提供参考。 In order to systematically sort out the progress and evolution of science and technology policy research,this paper takes 1825 CSSCI journal papers included in CNKI database from 1998 to 2020 as research samples,and makes comprehensive use of knowledge mapping tools such as Excel,Bicomb,CiteSpace and Ucinet to explore the distribution of science and technology policy research in China from various aspects such as time distribution,author distribution,literature co-citation,highlight word detection,keyword co-occurrence and multi-dimensional scale analysis,and explore the main overview of science and technology policy in China from various aspects such as research evolution lineage,hotspot content and evolution trend.The results show that:China’s science and technology policy can be roughly divided into the ramification stage,the reshaping stage and the strengthening stage;China’s science and technology innovation research in general presents the weak strength of the core author group,the support and cooperation of all sectors need to be strengthened,and the content selection still needs to be deepened and innovated.Finally,through the interpretation of the mapping to reflect the current situation and evolutionary pulse of China’s science and technology policy research field;using the visualization of the mapping to dig out the future science and technology policy research field dynamics and trends,trying to provide reference for the construction of China’s science and technology policy.
