摘要
金融租赁企业数字化转型是践行“数字中国”建设,实现自身高质量发展的必由之路。作为最接近实体经济的金融业态,金融租赁企业具备“融资+融物”双重特性,在数字化转型过程中也面临着较独特的挑战。本文在梳理国内外企业数字化转型研究文献的基础上,分析了金融租赁企业数字化转型的内在动因与面临的挑战,认为数字化是金融租赁企业再次腾飞的重大发展机遇,应根据自身资源禀赋、遵循一定的原则,通过制定转型规划与策略、打造“双核心”业务中台、建设企业级大数据平台、推进系统上云等路径有序推进数字化转型发展,且需要从塑造数字化文化、加强组织支撑、强化信息安全及重视人才队伍建设等方面予以重点保障,并提出在数字化转型中需要借鉴优秀案例、发挥融物优势、提高风控能力、深化数据应用的建议。
Digital Transformation of the financial leasing enterprise is inevitable to practice the construction of“Digital China”and achieve its high-quality development.As the finance format closest to the real economy,the financial leasing industry contains the dual characteristics of“Funds Financing+Objects Financing”.Also,it faces unique challenges while progressing with the transformation.Based on the study of the research literature about the Digital Transformation of both domestic and foreign financial leasing industries,this paper analyzes the internal motivations and challenges of Digital Transformation progress of the financial leasing enterprises.It also believes that Digital Transformation is another major development opportunity for financial leasing enterprises to take off again.The enterprises should lean on their resource endowments and follow certain principles;approaching Digital Transformation development gradually by formulating transformation plans and strategies,building a“dual-core”business middle office systems,constructing an enterprise-level big data platform,transforming systems from traditional architecture to the cloud computing architecture,etc.Also,the essential foundation for enterprises to achieve the Digital Transformation goal is to ensure their culture building,inner supports,cyber security enhancement,talent building,etc.And in Digital Transformation,it is necessary to learn from excellent cases,give full play to the advantages of object financing,improve risk control capabilities,and deepen data applications.
