摘要
在国家大力促进发展科技服务业的背景下,多个国家级城市群纷纷整合各地区的科技服务资源,建立科技服务资源池。本文以中原城市群科技服务资源池为研究对象,阐述构建资源池过程中使用的大数据技术,并针对多源异构数据融合、整合集成多地资源提出构建科技服务资源池的逻辑框架。
In the context of the national efforts to promote the development of science and technology service industry, a number of national city clusters have integrated science and technology service resources in different regions and established science and technology service resource pools. This paper takes the science and technology service resource pool of Central Plains Urban Agglomeration as the object, elaborates the application of big data technology in the process of constructing the resource pool, and puts forward the relevant logical framework for how to solve the problem of multi-source and heterogeneous data fusion, and to integrate resources from multiple places, and thus construct the science and technology service resource pool.
