摘要
本研究运用数据包络分析法(DEA)和马尔奎斯特指数(Malmquist Index)方法对我国各地区星级酒店的效率进行了测度和评价,并进行了静态和动态比较研究,分析其在不同区域的差异,为优化我国星级酒店的资源配置以及良好发展提供有价值的建议。研究发现,我国整体星级酒店综合技术效率、纯技术效率和规模效率均较高,且纯技术效率和规模效率值波动较小;各省区之间的综合技术效率和纯技术效率差距较大,规模效率差距较小,且差距呈不断缩小趋势。本研究根据结论提出以下建议:(1)政府应加强投资管理,针对不同区域经济发展情况制定酒店发展规划;(2)提高酒店资源利用率,依靠旅游资源带动我国星级酒店发展;(3)发挥地区优势,推出特色星级酒店。
This study used data envelopment analysis(DEA)method and Malmquist index method measured and evaluated the efficiency of the star-rated hotels in China’s various regions,and conducted static and dynamic comparative analysis of their differences in different regions for providing quantitative research methods for evaluating the efficiency of China’s star-rated hotels in different periods,providing valuable suggestions for optimizing the resource allocation and good development of China’s star-rated hotels.The study found that the overall technical efficiency,pure technical efficiency and scale efficiency of China’s star-rated hotels were relatively high,and the pure technical efficiency and the scale efficiency fluctuated little;there was a large gap between comprehensive technical efficiency and pure technical efficiency between provinces and regions.The scale efficiency gap was small,and the gap was shrinking.According to the conclusions,this study put forward the following suggestions:(1)The government should strengthen investment management and formulate hotel development plans according to the economic development of different regions;(2)Hotels should improve the utilization rate of resources and rely on tourism resources to drive the development of star hotels in China;(3)Launch characteristic star hotels by taking advantage of regional advantages.
