摘要基于行为安全理论确定矿工反生产行为倾向的影响因子及属性值,考虑矿工个体、组织及管理因素建立了矿工反生产行为倾向的动态评价系统。通过引入动态混合加权聚合算子(DHWA),采用逼近理想解排序法(TOPSIS),对矿工反生产行为倾向的影响因子进行了评价及排序。以山西大同煤矿为例,采用多期混合多属性决策方法(MPHMADM)对矿工反生产行为倾向进行评价。结果表明:矿工反生产行为倾向评价结果与煤矿管理专家实际测评结果一致。为有效遏制矿工反生产行为的发生,煤矿企业对矿工反生产行为应重点管控矿工个体因素,其次是管理因素,最后是组织因素。 Based on the behavior safety theory,the influencing factors and attribute values of miners’anti production behavior tendency were determined,and the dynamic evaluation system of miners’anti production behavior tendency was established with the consideration of individual,organization and management factors.By introducing the dynamic hybrid weighted aggregation operator(DHWA)and the technique for order performance by similarity to ideal solution(TOPSIS),the influencing factors of miners’anti production behavior tendency were evaluated and sorted.Taking Datong Coal Mine in Shanxi Province as an example,the multi-period hybrid multi-attribute decision-making(MPHMADM)method was used to evaluate the tendency of miners’anti production behavior.The results showed that:the evaluation results of miners’anti production behavior tendency was consistent with the actual evaluation results of coal mine management experts.Coal mining enterprises should focus on controlling individual factors of miners,followed by management factors,and finally organizational factors,so as to effectively curb the occurrence of miners’anti production behavior.
