摘要
博士生作为我国科技创新当前的重要力量和未来的主力军,其创新能力影响着国家的创新能力。本研究通过问卷调查,从博士生体验视角探析了当前导师指导风格和导学关系对理工科博士生创新能力的影响。在文献研究和访谈的基础上,按照“支持”和“控制”两个维度,将导师指导风格划分为督导支持型、支持探索型、权威控制型和放任自由型4种类型。对问卷的数据分析发现:此4类指导风格对博士生创新能力的影响有显著差异,督导支持型最有利于博士生创新能力发展。对导学关系也有显著影响。导学关系对博士生创新能力有显著正向影响,并在督导支持型和支持探索型导师指导风格和博士生创新能力之间起中介作用。依据上述发现,提出了优化导师指导和导学关系的对策建议。
As an important force of my country’s current scientific and technological innovation and the main force in the future,doctoral students’innovation ability affects the country’s innovation ability.Through a questionnaire survey,this study explored the influence of the current supervision style and mentor-mentee relationship on the innovation ability of doctoral students in science and engineering from the perspective of doctoral student experience.On the basis of literature research and interviews,the supervision style was divided into the 4 types of supervise-support,support-exploration,authoritative-control and laissez-faire according to the two dimensions of"support"and"control".The analysis of the questionnaire data found that there were significant differences in the impact of the 4 types of supervision styles on doctoral students’innovative ability,and the supervise-support type was most conducive to the development of doctoral students’innovative ability;the 4 types of supervision style had significant impact on the mentor-mentee relationship;The mentormentee had a significant positive influence on doctoral students’innovation ability,and it played an intermediary role between the supervise-support type or the support-exploration type and the innovation ability of doctoral students.Based on the above findings,some measures and suggestions were put forward for optimizing the relationship between tutor guidance and learning guidance.
