摘要
数字技术在各领域的深入应用正在改变很多产业的发展方向与相关企业的商业模式。基于数字经济的新型发展模式正从多个层面对当前社会产生重要影响。国有企业作为我国国民经济的重要支柱,不仅是重要产业和关键领域的核心,也是我国数字经济发展的中坚力量,国有企业的数字化转型也呈现出不同的特点。本研究以中国移动的数字化转型为案例,深入探讨了企业数字化转型实现的路径与机制,不仅包含对影响企业数字化转型关键因素及其作用机制的分析,也包含对我国国有企业数字化转型特点的总结,从而提供管理启示。
The in-depth application of digital technology in various fields is changing the development direction of many industries and the business models of related enterprises.The new development model based on digital economy shows remarkable impact on the society from many aspects.As an important pillar of China's national economy,stateowned enterprises are not only the core of important industries and key fields,but also the backbone of China's digital economy development.The digital transformation of state-owned enterprises also presents different characteristics.Taking China Mobile's digital transformation as an example,this paper deeply discusses the path and mechanism of digital transformation of enterprises,including not only the analysis of the key factors affecting digital transformation of enterprises and their mechanisms,but also the summary of the characteristics of digital transformation of state-owned enterprises in China,so as to provide management enlightenment.
