摘要
本研究通过文献检索和三级甲等医院(以下简称“三甲医院”)科研工作人员工作经验分享,分析现阶段三甲医院横向课题管理方面存在的问题。研究发现三甲医院在科研横向课题合同管理、立项审批、伦理审查等方面仍然存在管理不规范的问题。针对这些问题,本研究提出三甲医院可通过科研横向课题信息系统建设、健全三甲医院院内科研评级体系、细化管理流程、合同管理、结题管理等方面开展工作,提高三甲医院科研横向课题管理规范性。
The problems in the management of tertiary hospitals were analyzed by Literature Searching and experience sharing from scientific research staff work in tertiary hospitals in this study.There are still some problems in the management of crosswise research projects,such as project approval and ethical review in tertiary hospitals.The tertiary hospitals can carry out the measures through the construction of the information system,the improvement of the grading system,the more detailed management process,the more standardized contract management,etc,to improve the standardization of the management of crosswise research projects in tertiary hospitals.
