摘要 为解决飞机数字化装配实验存在的实验对象特殊、实验资源稀缺、实验环境匮乏等问题,按照"虚实结合、以虚补实"的原则,采用现代信息技术自主研发了飞机部件数字化装配虚拟仿真实验教学平台,介绍了该实验的教学内容、实验目的、教学方法和实施过程,结合实际应用总结了实验教学效果。所构建平台解决了飞机数字化装配人才培养的实验教学瓶颈,提升了学生运用装配原理规划装配工艺、优化工艺方案的能力,增强了学生的专业素养和创新思维。 In order to solve the problems of special experimental objects,scarce experimental resources and lack of experimental environment in aircraft digital assembly experiment,according to the principle of"combination of virtual and real,supplement real with virtual",a virtual simulation experiment teaching platform for aircraft component digital assembly is independently developed by using modern information technology.The teaching content,experimental purpose,teaching method and implementation process of the experiment are introduced,combined with practical application,the experimental teaching effect is summarized.The platform solves the experimental teaching bottleneck of aircraft digital assembly talent training,improves students’ability to plan assembly process and optimize process scheme by using assembly principle,and enhances students’professional quality and innovative thinking.
