摘要
“三全育人”作为新时代高等教育的教育理念与实践模式,体现了高校思政教育的内外要求,顺应人才培养发展趋势,为高校辅导员育人工作提供了新视角。当前,“三全育人”的目标、特性与时代特征与高校辅导员队伍工作内容存在共性,二者相辅相成,相互促进。“三全育人”给予高校辅导员育人工作新的方法论指导,为优化当下高校辅导员育人工作提供了实践路径。
Represented as a new era of educational concepts and practice models,all-round education is in line with the requirements of ideological and political education,and strongly conforms to the trend of talent cultivation,provides a brand new insight from which college instructors should make progresses on educational work.Its goal,features as well as characteristics of the era highly reflect on the daily duties of university instructors,thus both sides complement and promote each other in various ways.In short,all-round education highlights the new principle of methodology,which guarantees a proactively feasible approach to improve the quality of higher education,with efforts covering every college instructor nationwide.
