摘要
本文首先阐述了二级院系学业预警的基本工作流程;其次对现阶段二级院系学业预警工作中存在的几类共性问题进行了分析;最后提出了加强事前干预和事中沟通、开展针对性学业预警工作、跟进和落实帮扶计划等具体优化措施,以补充和完善校级学业预警。
This paper expounds the main working procedure of academic warning mechanism carried out at secondary colleges and departments firstly.Then,it analyzes several common problems existing in the academic warning work of secondary colleges and departments.Finally,the specific optimization measures,such as strengthening prior intervention and in-process communication,carrying out targeted academic warning measures and following up the assistance plans are put forward,so that the academic warning mechanism of secondary colleges and departments can better supplement and improve that of the school level.
