摘要
医学生的临床思维和专业技能培养已经成为医生成长过程中的必要阶段。通过对外科学总论线上线下混合式CBL教学模式在教学中的应用,探索出其在教学实践中的效果。在外科学总论教学应用中,通过对CBL教学方法的大胆尝试,采用线上线下混合式CBL教学模式进行理论研究和操作技能培训,分析CBL教学模式的教学情况和教学效果,最后总结出线下混合式CBL教学模式在外科学总论教学中的应用评价。在外科学总论教学中,利用线上线下混合式CBL教学模式不仅能够激发学生的学习兴趣,还能够提高学生的创造力,锻炼学生的思考能力,加深学生对知识的理解,提高学生的学习能动性。
The cultivation of clinical thinking and professional skills of medical students has become a necessary stage in the growth of doctors.Through the application of online and offline hybrid CBL teaching mode in teaching,this paper explores its effect in teaching practice.In the teaching application of general theory of surgery,through the bold attempt of CBL teaching method,the online and offline hybrid CBL teaching mode is adopted for theoretical research and operation skill training,the teaching situation and teaching effect of CBL teaching mode are analyzed,and finally the application evaluation of hybrid CBL teaching mode in the teaching of general theory of surgery is summarized.In the general theory of surgery teaching,the use of online and offline hybrid CBL teaching mode can not only stimulate students’interest in learning,but also improve students’creativity,exercise students’thinking ability,deepen students’understanding of knowledge and improve students’learning initiative.
