摘要
自适应教育是一种差异化和定制化的教育改革模式。实施化学实验课程的自适应教育,首先要分析课程自适应教学模式的可行性、构建相应的化学实验课程自适应教学体系和行之有效的测试系统;此外,对应的师资队伍建设及管理系统建设也很关键。这种教育教育改革模式会产生积极的霍桑效应和领头羊效应,有助于学生形成牢固的自我认知体系。
Paced education is a differentiated instruction and customized education.Before the operation of the kind of reform in chemistry experiment course,the analysis of the feasibility,the construction of the corresponding curriculum system and test procedure must be done strictly.Additionally,the faculty team also should be prepared to meet this innovation.This education reform will cause positive Hawthorne effect and bellwether and help to improve students’self-awareness.
