摘要
伴随着我国高等教育体制的改革,高校辅导员在学生管理中扮演着越来越重要的角色,集管理、教育、辅导于一身。文章通过论述高校辅导员角色定位,立足于辅导员角色定位的现状,探索实现辅导员职能的具体路径。
With the reform of China’s higher education system,college counselors play an increasingly important role in student management,integrating management,education and counseling.This paper discusses the role orientation of college counselors,based on the current situation of the role orientation of counselors,and explores the specific path to realize the functions of counselors.
