摘要 目的:探讨高职生焦点解决思维与职业生涯探索的关系,领悟社会支持在焦点解决思维对高职生职业生涯探索间的中介作用。方法:采用焦点解决清单量表、职业生涯探索量表、领悟社会支持量表对930位高职生进行调查。结果:高职生焦点解决思维与职业生涯探索显著正相关(r=0.58,p<0.01)、与领悟社会支持显著正相关(r=0.51,p<0.01),领悟社会支持与职业生涯探索显著正相关(r=0.64,p<0.01)。领悟社会支持在高职生焦点解决思维对职业生涯探索间起中介作用,中介效应量占总效应量39.44%。结论:高职生的焦点解决思维水平会直接影响其职业生涯探索,也会通过领悟社会支持对职业生涯探索产生影响。 Objective:To explore the relationship between focus solving thinking and career exploration of higher vocational students,and to understand the intermediary role of social support in focus solving thinking on career exploration of higher vocational students.Methods:930 higher vocational students were investigated by focus solution checklist,career exploration scale and perceived social support scale.Results:higher vocational students’focus solving thinking was significantly positively correlated with career exploration(r=0.58,P<0.01),with understanding social support(r=0.51,P<0.01),and with understanding social support(r=0.64,P<0.01).Perceived social support plays a mediating role between Higher Vocational Students’focus solving thinking and career exploration,and the mediating effect accounts for 39.44%of the total effect.Conclusion:The focus solution thinking level of higher vocational students will not only directly affect their career exploration,but also affect their career exploration through understanding social support.
