摘要
药理实验课程是培养应用型医学人才的基础,传统的线下实验教学不能满足人才培养的基本目标,更不能适应疫情下的停课不停学现状。浙江树人学院通过将虚拟实验与实体教学结合,构建混合式教学模式,创新了应用型医学人才的培养模式。文章从注重个性化培养,精选实验项目、稀缺资源的线上教学及线下训练、线下与线上教学混合式教学、学生实验课考核的多样化评价方法、教师实验课改革的效果评价五个角度探讨混合式实验教学模式在药理学实验课程中的应用,为大学创新教育提供新思路。
Pharmacological experiment course is the stepping stone to cultivate applied medical talents.The traditional offline experimental teaching cannot meet the basic goal of talent training,nor can it adapt to the current situation of suspension of classes and schools under the epidemic situation.Zhejiang Shuren University has innovated the mode of applied medical talents by combining virtual experiment with physical teaching and constructing a hybrid teaching mode.This paper discusses the application of hybrid experimental teaching mode in pharmacology experimental course from five angles:paying attention to personalized training,selecting experimental projects,online teaching and offline training of scarce resources,hybrid teaching of offline and online teaching,diversified evaluation methods of students’experimental course assessment,and effect evaluation of teachers’experimental course reform,so as to provide new ideas for university innovation education.
