摘要
医药产业发展离不开药学教育教学的支持,基于医药产业发展需求的药学教育教学改革工作可从明确药学高等院校各利益相关者职责、制订专业课程标准、调整高等院校教学内容与教学方法、优化实践教学环节、组织深化就业指导服务等路径开展,为提高药学高等院校教学工作综合水平提供参考,切实提高药学人才培养质量。
The development of the medical industry cannot be separated from the support of pharmaceutical education and teaching.The reform of pharmaceutical education and teaching based on the development needs of the pharmaceutical industry can be carried out by clarifying the responsibilities of various stakeholders in pharmaceutical colleges and universities,formulating professional curriculum standards,adjusting the teaching contents and methods of colleges and universities,optimizing the practice teaching links,and organizing colleges and universities to deepen employment guidance services,to provide reference for improving the comprehensive level of teaching work in pharmaceutical colleges and universities,and effectively improve the quality of pharmaceutical personnel training.
