“生物反应工程”线上线下一流课程的建设与实践 被引量:1

摘要 “生物反应工程”是一门结合生物反应动力学与化学反应工程的生物工程专业核心课程,由于该课程内容烦琐枯燥,加之计算公式颇多,缺乏趣味性,导致学生学习兴趣不高,学习效率低下。为培养学生对此课程的学习兴趣,提高其自主学习、自主创新能力,湖南科技学院组建“生物化工虚拟教研室”,提出“三面导向+三层加强”模式,从课程体系、教学内容及方法改革、多元化评价及反馈等方面进行建设,为生物工程专业课程建设及教学改革积累经验。 "Biological reaction engineering"is a core course of biological engineering combining biological reaction kinetics and chemical reaction engineering.Due to the tedious and boring contents of this course,as well as many calculation formulas and lack of interest,students’interest in learning is not high and their learning efficiency is low.In order to cultivate students’interest in learning this course and improve their ability of independent learning and innovation,Hunan University of Science and Technology has set up a"biochemical virtual teaching and research room"and put forward a"three-dimensional guidance+three-level strengthening"mode,which will build up the curriculum system,teaching content and method reform,diversified evaluation and feedback,and accumulate experience for the curriculum construction and teaching reform of bioengineering.
