摘要
针对国家创新人才导向及给排水科学与工程专业行业需求,文章提出基于创新人才培养的专业竞赛体系的构建与实践,分别从专业竞赛对创新人才培养的作用、竞赛体系的建立和竞赛的实践效果三个方面进行了研究和讨论,分析了专业竞赛的目标定位、组织机构设置、竞赛形式和规则设置以及对学生创新能力考察的体现等。经过三年的实践和经验归纳,证明了该体系的有效性和可行性,能够为培养工科创新人才的竞赛类体系构建提供借鉴和参考。
According to the national innovative talent orientation and the needs of water supply and drainage science and engineering industry,this paper puts forward the construction and practice of professional competition system based on innovative talent training,studies and discusses the role of professional competition in innovative talent training,the establishment of competition system and the practical effect of competition,and analyzes the goal orientation,organization setting competition forms and rules,as well as the embodiment of the investigation of students’innovative ability.After three years of practice and experience induction,it has proved the effectiveness and feasibility of the system,which can provide reference and reference for the construction of competition system for cultivating engineering innovative talents.
