摘要
伴随着我国经济的飞速发展,市政工程项目施工品质持续提升,对推动中国整个城市建筑产业的高速发展起到了关键作用,开展现代学徒制强化市政工程技术专业人才的培养在眉睫。但根据目前现代学徒制培养模式来看,无论在教学模式还是培养目标上都存在一定的不足。基于此问题,本文以新疆应用职业技术学院为例,结合学校教学特色,首先简要概述了现代学徒制的内涵以及特点,其次阐述了当前高职在校企合作模式探索过程中所面临的问题,最后针对性提出了现代学徒制下市政工程技术专业人才培养的策略,希望能对相关研究提出参考性建议。
With the rapid development of China’s economy,the construction quality of municipal engineering projects continues to improve,which has played a key role in promoting the rapid and excellent development of China’s entire urban construction industry.It is also urgent to carry out a modern apprenticeship system to strengthen the technical talents of municipal engineering.However,according to the current modern apprenticeship training mode,there are certain deficiencies in both teaching mode and training objectives.Based on this,this paper,combined with the teaching characteristics of our college’s higher vocational education,first briefly outlines the connotation and characteristics of modern apprenticeship,then expounds the problems faced by the current higher vocational education in the process of exploring the school enterprise cooperation model,and finally puts forward targeted strategies for cultivating talents of municipal engineering technology under the modern apprenticeship,hoping to make referential suggestions for relevant research.
