摘要
通过分析当前职业院校市政工程技术专业创新创业型人才培养现状及问题,该文探索基于校企融合的市政工程创新创业型人才全过程培养体系。该体系以教师和学生能力协同提升为基础,旨在实现高素质创新创业型人才培养的目标,按照认识行业、融入行业、实践锻炼、解决行业问题、创新创业实践,层次递进,形成全方位和递进式的职业院校创新创业人才培养体系。
By analyzing the current situation and problems of innovative and entrepreneurial education for municipal engineering and technology in vocational colleges,this paper explores a whole-process education system of innovative and entrepreneurial talents for municipal engineering based on the integration of schools and enterprises.The system aims to achieve the cultivation objective of high-quality innovative and entrepreneurial talents,and form an all-round and progressive system for innovative and entrepreneurial talents in vocational colleges according to the procedures of understanding of the industry,integration into the industry,practical training,solving industry problems,and innovation and entrepreneurial practice.
